SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Lune Story.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities and Towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

International shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Lune Story ships to selected international destinations.

International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout wherever available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Lune Story is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or regulations of the destination country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing tracking details. Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order. Lune Story shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Lune Story is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@lunestory.in with photographs of the package and product.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the courier partner.
